Dori DeCamillis

In bloom now: Scott Bennett's daylily that will be named after me if it proves to be a hardy grower. So far it's looking pretty good. I've been waiting 12 years for this! I kept choosing flowers for my namesake, but until this one he declared them unfit. 

Our holidays were spent with Dori's family in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. While most of the family skied, Scott fished for trout. It was hard to take a bad photo.

Scott left Friday for Ohio to look at the daylily gardens of a couple fellow hybridizers.  The day before that he caught this Large Mouth Bass. Annabelle had a belly dance recital Thursday night. That's her in the center. On Saturday I went canoeing on Five Mile Creek. And mountain biking at Oak Mountain State Park on Sunday morning.
