Annabelle had an opening at Hoover City Hall last night. The shindig is fully described in this article in the Birmingham News/al.com . After the opening Mayor Gary Ivey presented Annabelle with a certificate and the Hoover Arts Alliance awarded her a $2000 scholarship. And she received a standing ovation by everyone present. Mom was so proud.
