This month Annabelle belly danced with her fellow students of Aziza of Birmingham at the Birmingham International Street Fair . Check out her performance video below.  Just before dancing she had expressed an interest in dancing professionally, and after the dance she was approached by the owner of Chez Lulu (one of the best restaurants in Birmingham) and asked to perform. She now has a running gig at Chez Lulu.

Annabelle DeCamillis, my daughter, has been practicing belly dancing for almost two years and has posted a couple videos of her dancing on Youtube. The first was filmed in Ann Arbor, MI in an alley plastered with graffiti. Graffiti Belly Dance The second is a creative interpretation of one of her favorite web cartoons, Homestuck . I did the illustrations for an informational video about my friend's company, Dialogue Resources . It was great fun to work on the project, and I love the added graphics that make it so effective.
